Alloris provides strategy execution software that connects to third-party accounts via API to execute algorithmic strategies. Alloris is a software platform. It is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, custodian or regulated financial institution. Alloris does not hold, manage or control client funds. The information and services provided do not constitute personal investment advice or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial instruments or other assets. Use of Alloris does not constitute an investment advisory relationship.

Alloris reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to its products for citizens or residents of certain jurisdictions, including those subject to international sanctions or other legal restrictions.

Past performance of any strategy, whether backtested or live, is not indicative of future results. All strategies involve risk, including the risk of loss. You should only allocate capital you can afford to lose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Alloris website and platform, including text, software, algorithms, research, light papers and visual elements, is the property of Alloris and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Information Provided "As Is"
All materials provided on this website, including any graphical materials regarding strategy performance, are presented solely for informational purposes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
